At MY FAVOURITE THINGS knitwear, we want you to love every stitch of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your knitwear and place it in the original packaging along with the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned knitwear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
